On the last day of our recent trip we had the opportunity to visit Nairobi National Park. It,s located less than 6 miles from Nairobi City Center. You can actually see the Nairobi skyline from inside the park. The park features the most popular animal species, only the elephant is missing. But the rest of the big 5 Leopard, Lion, Buffalo, Rhino, as well a multiple of other creatures are well represented in the park.
To add the above animals we saw cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, gazelles and more. We had an opportunity to walk opposite water that contained a few huge rhinos. Unfortunitally they were hiding.
We were able to spend at least 4 hours in the park.. The following pictures were taken with my Canon AL-1 Quick focus camera. I originally wanted these pictures in black and white. Unfortunitally I ran out of black and white film so I bought some color film. Enjoy the gallery of pictures from Nairobi National Park.
